SHIPPING

Orders will either be shipped by us or drop shipped to you. great care is taken in packing your purchase. Our standard shipping method is via UPS. Standard shipping rates apply to locations within the contiguous US. (excludes hawaii , alaska & canada). We promptly ship items which are in stock (usually next business day) however, due to demand some items may be drop shipped directly from our suppliers or distributors.

Shipping time for most items in the usa is 4 to 5 business days. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Some chandeliers and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. If you order more than one item, you may receive your order in separate deliveries.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and deliver to the first dry location in the house or garage, unless white glove service is advertised for the item. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. There are no refunds on custom furniture. both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is transit. We do no ship furniture to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska. When your furniture arrives please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the bill of lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered aggress with what the bill of lading indicated left the factory. You may have to open the cartons, in the case of motor freight, to look for transit damage. Please do not sign the bill of lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. if you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately,

Although damage claims are rare, they happen and you products are fully insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be determined, we will either arrange to have the merchandise repaired to factory new conditions or replaced at no cost to you and as expeditiously as possible.

RETURNS

Our goal is to have delighted customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to pack items very carefully. If you receive an item that has been damaged, please notify us within 3 business days via e-mail. We will give you instruction from there. If you want to return an item, please advise us by e-mail for authorization and return the item within 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The product must be returned in saleable condition with tags and original merchandise box intact before a refund will be issued.
